HYGEN is a small US company. We picked the least-considered object in the bathroom — the place a toothbrush spends twenty-three hours a day — and built one piece of equipment for it.
We publish the numbers that matter: cycle length, lamp hours, battery capacity, warranty term. If a claim can’t be stated as a specification, we don’t make it. You won’t find a percentage on this site that we can’t point at a document for.
Support is handled by the same people who ship the units. Email reaches a person in Eastern time, usually the same day.
